Total *******

<p>I placed on order and got confirmation that my order has been recieved on 02 March 2017 and the relevant retailer would process it. Several follow ups have been done to no avail. Customs protocol was one of the excuses. 3 months later, still no delivery yet credit card was charged.Surely clearing one clothing item cannot take 3 months? What a *******!!</p>
