Terrible, stay away!

Despite them reassuring me that the Xmas present that I ordered for my little boy will reach us in time, I placed my order on 29 Nov, I only received it today (18 Jan). Not only is the present almost a month late, damaged and incomplete, to add insult to injury, they want to "compensate" me £2, which is less than 10% of what I paid for this!!!!

This is a terrible experience, I will never make use of Fruugo again and I will ensure nobody I know does either.
