If there's one company that appears like a complete ***** it is Fruugo. I ordered something late October and in December it still has not arrived. The shipping tracking is stuck at November 4, with no updates after that. I contacted them and they were sorry and offered a refund, to which I responded. The email correspondence is horrible because it does not accept my response. A complete failure of a company!
