Substandard overpriced purchase

I have purchased a Snap on smile product online from this company. First of all, an amount of over R400 on a R200 plus price was deducted from my account. The set included top and bottom moulds, bu t the impression material was only adequate for either top or bottom. As this is a DIY endeavour, it is the general assumption that the process should be more user's friendly which it isnt. I tried 4 times without success. I do not recommend this product at all. I have a more complete product locally for three quarters of the price..
