Still waiting to receive my order from Fruugo!

I placed an order with Fruugo on 7 Januarry 2022 for R663.49, order number ***. I paid with my credit card. However, I received nothing to date. Allmost a month later. I just recrived an email from them asking me to rate their service. WHAT SERVICE?
