Stay clear of Fruugo.

I wish I could rate them 0. Ordered something about 4 months ago, as soon as I ordered I saw they charged a crazy delivery fee. Cancelled 1 minute later, they got back to me a week later to say that it was too late to cancel.

The item was supposed to arrive on 20 January, it is now 30 March and after numerous complaints still no delivery. They don't have a functional resolution centre.

If they say "we'll get back to you 48 hours " give them a week instead. If they say they will deliver in 4 weeks, Try hope for 4 months if at all.

Rather use Ebay, Wish, Takealot, Alibaba, Amazon.

Fruugo is a useless sham.
