STAY AWAY FROM FRUUGO: DISGUSTING SERVICE

STAY AWAY FROM FRUUGO AT ALL COSTS!!! These online stores that are based in countries outside of South Africa (namely SHEIN in China and Fruugo in the UK) that use local logistics companies are totally ineffective and over promise on their services. Fruugo cancelled an order of mine because an address label was damaged! They never notified me or sought a solution, they simply emailed me saying I was due for a refund!! I’ll be supporting local retailers and industry from now on who are reliable, trustworthy and honest.
