STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered my order in November and it was estimated to arrive on the 12th of December. It I’m still has not arrived and the Fruugo team am have been missing in action. Nobody has responded to me after two weeeks of sending countless enquiries. Their website won’t let me log the package as missing as it is always giving me an error message. I am livid at this point and just want my money back but they are unwilling to help me. I regret the day I chose to spend money with them. If you want assurance that your money and your packages are safe. Stay away from them
