Something is seriously wrong here!

Actually, they deserve 0 stars but there is no option for that... I ordered something in Nov 2024...till today it hasn't arrived and 'online update' keeps saying "in transit" ....and there is no way to contact except emails that are ignored. Now my wife tells me that she ordered something in Feb 2025 which also did not arrive and she also can't get a response. Surely this site is *****ulent but they are clever enough to keep certain customers happy in between and thereby continue to exist. I recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM FRUUGO...just my personal experience.
