Shocking service and ploy to keep your money without helping you get your order

My experience is pretty much the same as everyone else. I ordered items, They were never delivered. There is no after sales service via the site and it keeps timing out when you try to request help. You are not able to get help. Eventually, when you do find an email to contact a human, they tell you your order is out of date and they cannot help you with the product or a refund. So the only conclusion you can come to is that they deliberately delay you and never intend for you to get the product, so down the line they can keep your money and tell you that you didn't move fast enough on your order when there was a problem.
