Shipping link is not working

Very disappointing to find out that there is no way of communication method to contact this company to find out where my order is. I was very shocked to find out that my item comes from China as there is now warning that this was the case. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The shipping link is not working and I don't know if I ever see the item that I ordered.
