Very slow service. ( WELL PAST DELIVERY DATE....NO PRODUCT) No human connection. THEY ATTACHED A POSTAL LINK TO THEIR EMAIL. The postal link took you to a page demanding a import tax. Sounded legitimate. THIS LINK TO POASTAL SERVICE WAS LESS THAN RESPONSIVE. So I went into a post office to query the complications and pay the duty Turns out the postal servicet link is a ****. (Postal service employees words.) Had to cancel my card immediately. Sad thing is, I was surprised at the additional tax. I copied and sent to the fruugo response option.. a copy of the correspondence. I have yet to hear from Fruugo. Still awaiting my order???? Would I refer...or buy from them again... never!!
