Ordered some medicine from Fruugo, for my dog. It said it ships from Australia, they did not give me a tracking number. But claim that it was sent by DHL, I ordered it on 28 May 2020, it is now 24 July 2020, and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. They are A HUGE ****. Called my bank up, and they told me to make a police report, but said that since it is a 'UK' based company, nothing can be done. Ridiculous, I spent $144 on this. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FRUUGO.
