RED FLAGS ON FRUUGO

I should have read the reviews BEFORE ordering online from Fruugo. The worst Online experience ever. The website promises exciting delivery times but alas, its just a ****. I have ordered an item which was apparently, locally available .How lucky can one be ne! It was confirmed (immediately nogal) to arrive within 2-3 working days. I received the shipping number within a day, life is good, online shopping appears to be a bliss BUT it's heading for 2 - 3 months now. THAT SHIP (ping number) has not sailed. They can not be contacted, don't respond to emails and redirect you from question to question on their website. I recommend that everyone read the reviews about Fruugo BEFORE ordering anything from their well stocked, promising and just to-good- to -be -true website.
