****! Order never received!!!

Placed an order on the 16/12/2019. Never received it. When I follow up on email they state that I need to contact the retailer. Can't get any information on the retailer.

Email from Fruugo we would recommend you also contact the retailer who processed your order. You do not need to know who the retailer is in order to do this. Simply click here https://www.fruugo.co.uk/help and follow the instructions to either log into your customer account or create an account.

I followed the instructions and when I click on https://www.fruugo.co.uk/help then "Where's my order" then “How do I raise a query about an order?” it takes me back to https://www.fruugo.co.uk/help IT’S A PERPETUAL CYCLE! They are purposely redirecting you to an unknown retailer so as to skirt their responsibility.

RECOMMENDATION: Do not buy from Fruugo!!
