Quick Payment, No Product Delivery

Fruugo was the only online store that offered the product that I wanted. I ordered the product on November only because they Promised it would be delivered mid December. It's not 1st February and I still haven't received my product. The delivery status is currently 'SHIPPED'. I've logged for an update and that didn't work. So, now I've requested for cancellation and no reply or update. Quick to take my money. Disappointed.
