Poor service, possibly ****mers.

I ordered on 28 August at Fuurgo my parcel was estimated to arrive mid September, it's been in transit since the 21st of September till this day I haven't received my parcel, I did write a review to them on the 28th of October they promised to get back to me, 30 October was the last email I received from them asking me to resend my delivery address which I did but it's puzzled me that they asked for my address yet it's on my order. Now it's been 3 months waiting for my order and I need it if they fail to deliver it I need my money back. Another thing that's frustrating about this company they are hard to get no contact details their site is always down when looking for help, really frustrating.
