Poor service of Fruugo.

I order things from them on the 8th of September 2025 and they gave me the 29th of September 2025 as delivery date by courier. Today is the 9th of October 2025 and no parcel has arrived yet. When I enquired they referred me to the post office and the post office is changing the delivery date every day. Yesterday it was between 8 and 14th October, today it is between 12 an 18th October. Fruugo on their side is not interested at all.
