Poor service from Fruugo SA

I have ordered a watch from Fruugo SA online on 21 February 2024 and despite being advised the item will be delivered in a month it still reflects as in transit (4 months later) I have had various correspondence with them and have finally asked for a refund. Now there are no further feedback being supp****.
