Poor service delivery and response to queries!!!

I ordered goods on the 27th of sept and the website says it will take about 14 days for overseas deliveries. Its now the 18th of october and still nothing. I get no response from the customer care except that I should take it up with the retailer...? There is no way to track where my order is and i’m left in the dark. Very disappointing service
