Poor Service!!!

Hii I placed an order on fruugo on the 25th of November 2019, I haven’t received my parcel till date no one has contacted to update on the status of the order i had please can anyone assist with this matter Fruugo is so unprofessional their communication is so poor. i will never buy from these guys ever again. My parcel is nowhere to be found:(
