Poor service and poor quality of product

I ordered a specific brand kitchen sink mixer from Fruugo a few weeks ago. A few days after the order was placed, I was notified that the item was not in stock although it showed as being in stock when the order was placed. They then suggested that I be supp**** with an alternative mixer of the same brand which I ordered in the first place which I agreed to. A few days later I was notified that the mixer got damaged during transport. (Very odd and strange?). They then suggested an alternative mixer which was not the brand that I specifically asked for in the first place but accepted it as the whole situation had become very frustrating. The mixer was just delivered and to say the least, it is of extreme poor quality and there is a part missing which means I cannot use it properly. I want to return it but it will cost me too much so now I am stuck with a mixer which I cannot use after all the problems experienced before. I will never buy anything from Fruugo again as this was the worst buying experience of my life.
