Poor service

Disgusting service!! Been waiting since 23 May for my order and always excuses. Scheduled delivery was 30may to 10 June. We now close to July already and tracking the parcel is like looking at a blank screen. Customer service is ****. You would probably have more success shopping at a **** company.
