POOR SERVICE

I ordered and paid for Sebo x4 filter bags 03/8/2023 with numerous requests. No delivery, no resolution. Item price on order R179. 00 with delivery cost almost R300 with I was unaware of. Could not locate in SA that reason for order. Paid on Card and before order was finalized account was debited for R561.49. Still awaiting on my delivery???.
