Poor and Disgusting Service

I am starting to believe that Fruugo is a ****, i feel ****med. I ordered a month ago and they are good at saying order is with customs and not give much details about that even after i have asked for customs reference numbers etc..Have dealt with Michelle, Adam, Chloe at their customer care. BE WARNED TOTAL ********.
