Parcel not received a month later...no service at all

Still waiting on a order that was said to be delivered in a day. Now been more than a month...14Oct placed. They keep send updates stating that the order has been delivered to your address. They are unreachable telehonocally and when you email they respond with a generic line or just dont follow through. Cannot trust these guys with the smallest order.
