Order still not delivered

<p>Placed an order on the 4th of April and today is the 9th of May but i still havent received anything. when i try to enquire, they keep sending me automated emails. Apparently the retailer is tribal sensations. All i know is I placed my order with fruugo. Unacceptable service! **********!</p>
