Order not received from Fruugo

On the 3rd of May I ordered wig that was advertised on Facebook by the above company, I paid online via debit card R350.00, Fruugo responded to receive the payment, my order no is as follows ***0 this was on the o3/05/2022. On the 04/05/2022,i received an email confirming tracking number YT*** but still the parcel hasn't arrived no communication or update.
