Order not received

I purchased a calculus dissolving spray at Fruugo online on the 28th Dec 2023. I received confirmation that my order has been confirmed and that delivery would take place between 11 and 18 January. I still have not received my order even after following up with Fruugo and the courier company via email. The name of the courier company is SunYou post. No one bothered to reply to my query up to now.
