Order not delivered

I ordered something on Feb 6th 2022, today 25th of March the parcel still is not delivered. Apparently it was an unsuccesful delivery attempt on the 15th, but I wasn't contacted and I was home that day. I cannot get hold of the courier company nor Fruugo to find out when the next delivery will be. This is chocking! How do I get hold of someone to speak to at Fruugo?
