order not delivered

this online shopping platform is nothing but a **** and useless beyond explanation and never to be trusted, I ordered Spartan hair products from their platform and it is now six week since I ordered it and every single time i contact them for feedback they say may delivery date will be dated just to find the exact status of my order five days later and this has become a weekly thing now. i have requested their courier company details so i can contact them myself to follow up on my order but they just respond one a week with the same message that my delivery status will be updated ....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THEIR PLATFORM,THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ****MERS WITH NO AFTER SALES SERVICE .NOT EVEN SURE THEY EXIST.....IN SHORT THEY ARE Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
