Order never received.. shocking and rude communication

************!!!! 0 stars!!!! I paced an order in October for a small automotive product... nothing received to date.. I contacted them and after weeks they asked "did you receive your order?" Just like that... I mean??? I responded no... weeks later I was asked if I would like a credit, to which I rep**** yes... I haven't heard anything since, despite many attempts to contact them via their online platform and email address... I've given up... con artists or whatever... STAY AWAY FROM FRUUGO Disgusting!!!!!!!
