Order has not been fulfilled

They make it seem like the stock is held locally by adding a .co.za to the web address and by saying "in-stock" on the item. After paying I found out the order originated from China. Order has not arrived after the stipulated delivery window. Tracking info stops at 'arrived in destination country airport', which was 2 weeks ago. Unable to raise a query as the website constantly says "We're sorry but an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." There is no way to contact a human. Do not use this site.
