Not so smart Smart Watch

I'm very upset about the misleading adverti*****t from Fruugo ZA. I bought the Ecg+ppg Blood Glucose Smart Watch Men Blood Pressure Fitness Heart Rate Tracker, especially for the glucose monitoring part as advertised. I've been diagnosed with Diabetes type 2 and have various other heart and lung complications. This smart watch would have been the perfect instrument to help me track my BP and glucose etc all in the one device. Give my Dr weekly reports on how we are doing with my treatments etc. But even the BP and HR is so out when compared to my BP monitor with the cuff on the arm that you would be dead before this watch gives you an accurate measurement. I wnt my money back and I want Fruugo exposed as the *****s they are.
