Not a very good experience. Buyer beware!

I've only had one experience with this company and it was negative hence the one star review. I order a couple of headsets shipped 7 weeks ago and they never arrived. Contacting Fruugo customer support and I did receive a response but that was over a moth ago. Since then, I have sent several emails and have received a couple responses stating that they are still looking into it or that I should ask my neighbors if they saw a package. Apparently, is was shipped regular mail but without tracking so who knows where it ended up. What bothers me is that Fruugo doesn't seem very interested in resolving my issue and their responses seem rather generic and only after prompting from my side. I suspect that they will continue to ignore me until I give up. Hence, I have opened a dispute with my CC company and will attempt a charge back

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company as it seems hit or miss. The fact that they are not a retail company use outside vendors means that they are at their mercy and you in turn will be at the mercy of Fruugo. Rather, spend the few extra dollars and receive your good promptly
