Non delivery of purchased items

<p>So you see something you like on the fruugo website and you order it and pay for it. Excellent news is shipping is done and delivery promised within 48 hours. WOW that's awesome! So it's a month later and still no delivery. Best of all is there is no way to track the parcel or any contact details regarding not receiving delivery. To top it all off I am unable to even get a login page, not to mention unable to log in to fruugo. PATHETIC. You are vultures and ******* </p>
