Non Delivery of ordered item after 2 months

I ordered Taylor Swift album posters through Fruugo on 24 Nov 2024 and have yet to receive these (21 Jan 2025). The tracking number they provided shows that the package arrived at DHL Global Forwarding eCommerce on 9 Dec 2024 and there is no further information. I tried contacting DHL (no phone number that is answered) but an e-mail enquiry resulted in a response from China that indicates that the "shipment is a Semi-track service package, not a full-track service, we can find this shipment is in transit in EU, but can’t investigate further information". Essentially, 2 months later nobody can tell me where my delivery is. Fruugo has an enquiry portal, links my enquiry to my order and seems to think "in transit' is a sufficient answer.
