Non delivery of items from Fruugo

I do not want to give Fruugo even one star. I ordered beach chairs via the Fruugo platform and still have not received them even though the delivery date has expired. Fruugo is completely uncontactable. The only way to attempt to contact them is via their online contact page, which they either reply to many days later with a completely unhelpful reply or they do not reply at all. At this stage I have no idea whether I will ever receive my order and whether I need to write off the money I have paid. I would warn anyone against using Fruugo,
