Non delivery -Fruugo!!!!

Ordered an item on 21 January 2022.I have not received same despite the expected date of delivery having long passed.All queries are met with an automated response.I am always advised that the item is in transit.I have requested a refund but have not received a response to that.I intend to reporting the company to the bank,Saps and Consumer Council.**************** and **** targeting unsuspecting customers.
