No delivery on order placed

I placed an order with Fruugo on the 11th of May. I received a confirmation email on the same day and a shipping confirmation email on the 12th of May. They said my goods will be delivered between the 19th of May and 01st of June. I have heard no further feedback ever since. I cannot log onto my account to track anything. It says my info is incorrect, so I cannot log in. The link to track my order also does not work. I am really disappointed as this is the first time that I got ****MED when purchasing something from a company which I thought was a reputable company. I hope they see this review and forward me some positive answers. But after reading other peoples reviews regarding their experiences with the same sompany, I am afraid that I won't hear from them again. Please don't let this happen to you...
