No delivery of goods

I ordered something from Fruugo on the 25th of October, it has already been more than two months and the product has not arrived, I have queried this multiple times with them but in the end they don't seem to have a clue as to what is going on. Eventually I gave up and asked my money back, I got a reply from them on the 15th of December saying they will refund me now, this also has not happened yet. I strongly believe this is not a legitimate company, but a con, *****ing money from people. What ever you do, do NOT use them, ever.
