No delivery

ordered Items on 31/08/2023, order ***. Tracking no SYRM***. Shows it arrived in SA on 10/099/2023 and delivery between 21/09/2023 and 29/09/2023. Nothing happened, no delivery, no explanation and can't get hold of company. I assume I have lost my money so be warned this company does not deliver you will probably loose your money.
