Never again. Horrible service

What a horrible experience! I paid for a screen protector on 14 September and the WRONG item was delivered to a post office near me today, more than more than six weeks later. The actual item was R189, the "shipping costs" was R128. Upon collection at the post office, I had to pay yet another R72! Their only information comes from a tracking system with cryptic entries. There is no way to contact them directly and their web query system is always broken. They don't bother to respond to emails and there are no contact numbers.
