Never again

I've ordered a product on 19 March 2023. The product could be traced from the USA until it reached South Africa.

There it was stated that the product was delivered. I tried to contact Fruugo numerous times. Even asked for a refund. NO REPLY.

This week (17 Aug 2023) the SA Post Office contacted me and advise that i must pick up the the package from a post office 120km from me!!!!
