Lost money - Do not trust Fruggo for online shopping

Placed an order (order no ***) and paid immediately first week in March. Last email received from them 5 March to say shipped and will reach me between 7 and 24 March. You cannot get hold of anyone at all to query - it takes you to automated screens with no help or anywhere to report a missing order. Really bad experience - dont shop with Fruggo!
