Item not fulfilling its purpose. Poor quality

Recently my wife had the sad misfortune to order an item from Fruugo. To say that she is utterly disappointed is the understatement of the year. The bra is unbelievably poor quality, does not fulfil in any way the claims made or in any single way the purpose for which it was bought. There is no way other way than a costly phone call to UK to contact them. Only way to return item is paying for return passage at her own expense. The faults can be detailed if required. Buy from Fruugo at your peril. Caveat Emptor.
