Item not delivered more than 2 months later - poor customer feedback - TERRIBLE

The item I ordered on 13 November 2023 has still not been delivered. It is a nightmare trying to correspond with Fruugo and getting someone to actually assist you. I don't think I will ever get the item I ordered and I have reason to believe that after transacting on the Fruugo website my personal details have been compromised. I will NEVER order from Fruugo again.
