Incorrect delivery statement, no customer service

Promised of item in stock and delivery within 3 days, then...rather 3 weeks or whatever!!! VERY slow to respond to queries! Cannot change to a new delivery address (since I won't be at my original address 3 weeks later? Why not? These guys are not to be trusted and will just frustrate the hell out of you...rather use a more reputable company.
