INCORRECT ADVERTISING

I ordered a kneel chair for use in the garden, got a confirmation order from Fruugo as well as updates on the shipping etc... When it arrived it was two pieces of canvas with velcro and pockets for garden tools to attach to the chair. I ordered the chair - not what the original supplier now calls "covers". There was absolutely no mention of "covers" in the confirmation order from Fruugo. They are refusing to refund me saying I ordered the wrong item.
