I'm happy

I placed an order with Fruugo on 20 March 2026, and the delivery was scheduled for 10 April 2026. Unfortunately, I did not receive the parcel. On 15 April 2026, I requested a refund, which was promptly processed. I received my refund on 21 April 2026.

I am very satisfied with the service, as the refund process was smooth and handled without any difficulties.
